Shipping Methods & Tracking

Standard International Shipping: All orders are shipped via International Registered Mail.

Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email as soon as your package departs from our workshop. You can monitor its journey from our hands to your doorstep.

Estimated Delivery Time Because each piece is carefully inspected and hand-polished by our artisans before dispatch, please allow 1–3 business days for order processing.

United States: 7 - 15 business days (after processing).

International: 10 – 20 business days (depending on your location).

⚠️ Important: Taxes, VAT & Duties

Price Transparency: All prices listed on our website are exclusive of VAT, GST, or any other local sales taxes.

Customer Responsibility: As an international buyer, you are solely responsible for any import duties, customs fees, and taxes levied by your destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Customs Delays: PureHorn is not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on potential charges before placing an order.

 

Our 15-Day "Weightless" Guarantee We want you to love your PureHorn piece as much as we loved carving it. If you aren’t 100% satisfied with the beauty or the hold of your accessory, we’ve got you covered.

15-Day Returns: You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a refund or exchange.

Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all original packaging included.

Return Shipping: Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
